Woodland Star International School was honoured to be part of the Great Places to School Awards, on the 27th January 2023. The chief guest present at the event was the Hon. Ezekiel Machogu, Kenya’s current Cabinet Secretary for Education.
These awards recognise schools whose innovative learning environment and overall school culture contribute to the development of a total child holistically, and Woodland Star were thrilled to receive two awards in the Primary School Section:
- 1st position in the category ‘Global Competence’,
- 2nd position in the category of ‘Transformative Technology and Digital Skills (STEM)’.
