Position: Physical Education Teacher & Sports Coach

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or Education (a valid teaching certification is required for all applicants)
  • Two years of teaching experience
  • High School teaching experience preferred
  • Expertise/Training in coaching football and basketball preferred
  • Available to Kenyan (TSC registration required) only
  • Starting August 2023

Position: Primary Years Co-Teacher (Gr. 2-4)

A co-teacher works alongside the core classroom teacher, supporting those learners in particular with moderate learning needs via scaffolding and differentiation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or post-graduate certification in education, or equivalent certification in special needs education
  • Two years of teaching experience (preferably with experience in tracking
  • individualized learning goals)
  • Available to Kenyan (TSC registration required) applicants only

Position: Middle Years Co-Teacher (Gr. 6-8)

  • Ability to teach middle years level content
  • Two years of teaching experience (preferably with experience in tracking individualized learning goals)

Position: Departmental Learning Support Teacher

A departmental learning support teacher offers support in Primary and Middle Years (Grades K – 8) via targeted intervention through push-in and pull-out support.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in special needs education or post-graduate certification in education (with specialization in special needs education)
  • Previous experience in providing support to learners with social/emotional/behavioural needs
  • Two years of teaching experience and/or providing learning support (preferably with experience in tracking individualized learning goals)
  • Available to Kenyan (TSC registration required) applicants only
  • Starting August 2023
  • Deadline: 15 April 2023

Position: 1:1 Learning Support Teacher

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in special needs education or post-graduate certification in education (with specialization in special needs education)
  • Previous experience in providing support to learners with social/emotional/behavioural needs
  • Two years of teaching experience and/or providing learning support (preferably with experience in tracking individualized learning goals)
  • Experience working with learners with ADHD and Autism
  • Experience in modifying curriculum to meet the needs of the individual learner
  • Available to Kenyan (TSC registration required) applicants only
  • Starting August 2023
